Our client is looking for qualified plumbers to carry out wet room installations in occupied properties on an on-going, large-scale social housing adaptation project in Carlisle.
Various wet room installation duties completed to a high standard of workmanship while maintaining safety and professionalism. These include:
- Fitting wall panelling and associated finishes.
- Installation of shower trays, screens and sanitaryware.
- General plumbing works related to wet room installations.
Requirements:
- Qualified plumber (JIB card)
- Own tools and Full PPE
- Experience working in occupied properties
- Proof of wet room installation experience (work portfolio)
- Ability to work alone and as part of a small team
- Ability to complete job updates, photos and documentation of progress
- Recent work references
Monday to Friday, Full-time weekly hours, 8 hours per day, £25-£27 per hour depending on experience and references.
