Role Description:
Are you an experienced Contracts Manager in the window cleaning or specialist cleaning sector? Do you enjoy leading multi-site teams and ensuring contracts are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards? Our award-winning commercial window cleaning client is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee operations across London, the Midlands, and the South of England.
This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll manage multiple contracts, lead a team of operatives, supervisors, and subcontractors, and ensure service excellence for every client. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, driving operational efficiency, quality, and compliance while supporting business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Take responsibility for the delivery and performance of multiple contracts
- Lead, motivate, and develop multi-site teams, including subcontractors
- Oversee scheduling and resource planning using CRM systems
- Conduct quality and health & safety audits, ensuring compliance with RAMS and standards
- Maintain excellent client relationships through site visits, communication, and issue resolution
- Support recruitment, training, and staff development
- Manage budgets, quotes, and project resources to achieve operational goals
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing commercial window cleaning or specialist cleaning contracts
- Strong technical knowledge: Cradle, Rope Access, MEWP, Reach & Wash
- Health & safety expertise with a focus on compliance and risk management
- Experience managing multi-site teams and large contracts
- Commercially aware, results-driven, and a confident communicator
- Full UK driving licence
