We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected cleaning and support services provider with over 20 years’ experience delivering tailored solutions across the Southeast. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing commercial team.

This is a field-based role, responsible for driving new business growth and securing profitable cleaning contracts across multiple sectors, including commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and distribution.

You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract award. Supported by telesales, marketing, and operational teams, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s client portfolio. Target contract value is £150k plus.
