Role Description:
Bridge Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an established and highly regarded commercial cleaning business with over 30 years’ experience delivering high-quality cleaning services to clients across a wide range of sectors throughout London.
Our client is seeking a dynamic and proven Sales Director / Sales Manager to join their growing team, with a clear focus on winning new business and driving revenue growth.
This is a senior commercial role for an experienced sales professional with a strong track record of securing large commercial and office cleaning contracts. The successful candidate will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation and site surveys through to pricing, proposal development, negotiation, and contract signature.
The Role:
Key responsibilities will include:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the commercial cleaning sector
Winning new commercial and office cleaning contracts
Managing the full sales process from initial prospecting through to contract award
Generating leads through outbound sales activity, networking and strategic business development
Conducting client meetings and site surveys
Preparing commercially competitive pricing and financial models
Producing high-quality proposals and tender submissions
Managing tender opportunities from qualification through to final submission
Presenting solutions to prospective clients and senior decision-makers
Negotiating commercial terms and securing signed contracts
Building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
Working closely with operational and senior management teams to ensure smooth contract mobilisation
Consistently achieving and exceeding new business revenue targets
