Potential to grow into a full-time role
We’re looking for an energetic, ambitious and community-focused Head Squash Coach to lead the development of squash across Bridge of Allan, Stirling and Dunblane.
This is a fantastic opportunity to:
- Lead and develop a high-quality squash coaching programme
- Grow participation through schools, community programmes and the club
- Develop clear junior and adult player pathways
- Support players from beginners through to competitive level
- Build partnerships with schools, Active Stirling, Scottish Squash and the wider community
- Help establish Bridge of Allan Sports Club as a regional hub for squash development
- Develop additional coaching opportunities, including group sessions, private coaching and squash camps, with potential to grow your coaching income
The club already has a strong and active squash community, including junior, senior and masters players, with players representing Scotland at national level.
You’ll have the opportunity to build on these foundations and shape the future of squash across the wider region.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Scottish Squash Level 1 qualification (Level 2 desirable or working towards)
- At least two years’ squash coaching experience
- Experience working with players of different ages and abilities
- A passion for participation, player development and community engagement
- Energy, initiative and the ambition to grow the programme
