We’re looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join the team at Brindley Court in Stoke on Trent. If you’re creative, organised and passionate about bringing people together, this is an opportunity to make a genuine difference every single day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate engaging activities and social events for residents to promote wellbeing, independence and social connection.
- Work closely with the care team to support residents’ individual care plans and provide person-centred activities aligned with residents’ interests.
- Monitor resident wellbeing during activities and report any concerns to the care team or relevant professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and resident participation, and contribute to ongoing reviews of individual activity plans.
- Collaborate with external partners and families to enhance programme delivery and ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment during all activities.
- Demonstrate integrity in all dealings with residents and their families, and adhere to professional codes of conduct and company policy.
- Be able to meet the criteria for Revalidation and maintain a professional profile in line with relevant guidelines.
