Bridge Oak Care Homes is seeking a Registered Nurse to work nights on a permanent, 33-hour week (includes alternate weekends). You will provide high standards of nursing care and ensure accurate care plans and handovers, while supervising junior staff to maintain a warm, homely atmosphere.

You’ll assess health needs, administer medications, document care, and liaise with GPs and other professionals, upholding NMC guidelines and Bridge Oak policies.
