What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to individual interests and abilities
  • Creating a warm, inclusive, and social environment for all
  • Supporting residents in maintaining existing hobbies and discovering new ones
  • Organising social events, seasonal celebrations, and community involvement
  • Coordinating outings and excursions to promote wellbeing and variety
  • Working closely with care staff and families to support holistic wellbeing
  • Recording participation and feedback to ensure meaningful engagement
