Bridge Motorcycles is one of the South West’s largest and most respected multi-franchise motorcycle dealerships. We’re expanding our workshop team and looking to recruit a Qualified Technician to join our busy service and repair department. We’re open to a wide range of applicants — from experienced motorcycle technicians to qualified vehicle, mechanical, or engineering technicians looking to make the move into the motorcycle industry. The Role
- Servicing, maintenance, and repair work across multiple leading motorcycle brands.
- New bike preparation and pre-delivery inspections, ensuring every bike leaves the showroom in top condition.
- Used bike preparation and fitting performance upgrades, touring kits, and accessories.
- Using diagnostic tools and following manufacturer guidelines to maintain the highest safety and quality standards.
- Developing your technical knowledge through manufacturer and in-house training.
- Maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
About You
- Qualified in Motorcycle, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Passionate about motorcycles and enthusiastic to learn about modern bike technology.
- Strong team players with good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Detail-focused, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Hold a full motorcycle licence (or working towards one).
If you’ve trained or worked as a car technician, mechanical engineer, or motorsport technician and want to transfer your skills to the motorcycle world, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
Salary & Benefits
- £25,000–£36,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
- 40 hours per week over 5 days, including alternate Saturdays.
- 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays).
- Free on-site parking.
- Subsidised on-site café.
- Friendly, professional environment with full manufacturer and in-house training provided.

- 33 days holiday.
