Key duties will include:

  • Creation, production and distribution of marketing material and collateral including presentations, leaflets, mailings, and other communications as required.
  • Liaising with our appointed digital marketing agency to ensure search engine optimisation of website content, articles and blogs etc.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Organise and attend seminars, events and exhibitions. Some out of hours work will be required.
  • Assist organising internal events.
  • Attendance at all offices as required.
  • Attend routine meetings and events when required to support the firm to achieve its business objectives.
  • Maintaining and updating the main Bridge McFarland website and associated sub-sites.
  • Creating and Managing Social Media content and campaigns.
  • Assist with budgeting process.
  • All other duties to support the firm’s Marketing function.

Requirements:

  • Be proactive, creative, and enthusiastic, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Have the ability to work to tight deadlines with the minimum of supervision.
  • Be able to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Have excellent IT knowledge.
  • Have access to a car and full driving licence.

Other information:

This is a permanent position and must be based at our Lincoln office where our main business support unit is based but you will be required to travel to all our branches and external venues.
