Location: Nottingham City Centre [In person role]
Hours: Full-time: Monday – Friday; Part-time: Minimum 3 full days per week (Mon–Fri, no shift patterns).

The Role
As an Event Assistant, you’ll represent our clients’ brands and products at pop-up events and venues across Nottingham. You’ll be engaging with customers face-to-face, creating a positive experience, and promoting the brands we partner with. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and success comes from energy, enthusiasm, and the drive to achieve results.
You will be working closely with our experienced members of the team to set up and run our events, engaging directly with the public to build long-term and lasting brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the smooth set-up and breakdown of pop-up events
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere
- Provide clear and accurate information about our clients’ products and services.
- Deliver excellent customer interactions that reflect the professionalism of the brands we represent, resulting in long term customers and brand loyalty.
