Bridge-Logix UK Limited is a UK-based IT solutions and services company specialising in delivering innovative technology solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to support enterprise-level CRM initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customised Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to technical delivery while remaining hands-on with development, including coding, code reviews, and performance optimisation for large data volumes.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and high-quality Salesforce solutions.
  • Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications using declarative and programmatic approaches (e.g. Apex, LWC, Flows).
  • Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and release management.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reusable solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Support platform administration activities such as user management, configurations, and process automation.
  • Support testing activities, including unit testing, peer reviews, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Participate in CI/CD processes, release cycles, and environment management.
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements to meet evolving business and compliance requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement through system enhancements, automation, and adoption of new Salesforce features and best practices.
  • Deliver reporting, dashboards, and end-user support/training to enhance adoption and overall user experience.
  • Contribute to the implementation of advanced capabilities such as CTI integrations and complex business workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • At least 4 years of experience in developing solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud.
  • 4 years experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, and SOQL.
  • Solid experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Omni Studio.
  • Experience designing and delivering integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (e.g. MuleSoft).
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, sandbox management, and release processes.
  • Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions is beneficial.
  • Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery environments.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce skills such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience, Data Cloud, Agentic AI, Apex, LWC, Triggers, SOQL, Advanced Workflows, REST/SOAP APIs, DevOps Practices, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and enterprise integration patterns is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security models, data privacy, access controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Strong code quality practices, including code reviews and adherence to development standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex logic and workflows.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administration, Platform Developer I or II are advantageous.
