Our longstanding client is a highly regarded practice in a beautiful location in the heart of London. The firm is now looking for a senior, ideally partner level or just below, residential property solicitor to join its established residential team. Whilst a following is welcome, it is certainly not necessary and the successful candidate will work alongside the partner and Head of Department.

The role will incorporate a wide range of high value and often complex residential property work and candidates should have broad experience, ideally gained in a West End or central London firm. It's likely the successful applicant be working in such a firm at the moment, although candidates with very strong regional experience at a senior level may also be considered.

Clients range from HNW individuals to private investors, corporate structures and other ownership vehicles, including international. We have known and dealt with both the firm and the partner in question for many years. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a final move to a very strong residential property team.

Salary will be competitive and dependent on level and type of experience, as well as any client following if applicable.
