Our client is a leading firm in a beautiful location in the heart of the West End. They are now looking for an additional residential property solicitor to join their thriving team.
The firm:
- Long established and highly regarded firm in the West End
- Excellent property department, both residential and commercial

The role:
- Handling a broad range of general residential property work on behalf of, predominantly, high net worth London clients
- Part of a small, very busy, residential property team that sits within the wider property department
- Working closely with an experienced residential property partner
- Involvement in marketing and business development
- Potential opportunities to undertake work in other interesting areas of property law
The candidate:
- Probably around 0-2 years broad PQE in residential conveyancing
- Experience ideally from another central London practice noted for its residential property work
- Experience of dealing with a high net worth property client base highly desirable
- Interest in and/or experience of niche areas around residential property may be of interest, but is not essential
- Genuine interest in marketing and an understanding of the importance of business development in this sector of the market i.e. small to mid-sized West End commercial firms involved in residential property
