Handling a broad range of general residential property work on behalf of, predominantly, high net worth London clients.

Part of a small, very busy, residential property team that sits within the wider property department.

Working closely with an experienced residential property partner.

Potential opportunities to undertake work in other interesting areas of property law.

Probably around 2-4 years broad PQE in residential conveyancing.

Experience ideally from another central London practice noted for its residential property work.

Experience of dealing with a high net worth property client base highly desirable.

Interest in and/or experience of niche areas around residential property may be of interest, but is not essential.

Genuine interest in marketing and an understanding of the importance of business development in this sector of the market, i.e. small to mid-sized West End commercial firms involved in residential property.
