Bridge Learning Campus Primary are looking for a committed and proactive individual who can build positive relationships with pupils, support their learning and wellbeing, and help ensure every child feels included, valued and able to succeed. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with staff and families, bringing strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, alongside a positive attitude and an unwavering belief in the potential of every child.
Salary: FTE - N13 £29,064.00 - N17 £31,022.00 / Actual Salary - N13 £20,609.28 - N17 £21,997.70
Contract: Part Time, 30 hrs p/w over 4 days. Monday - Thursday 8:15am - 4:15pm (Some flexibility on specific days)

Key Responsibilities:
- Where possible, liaise with the class teacher to plan the delivery of cover work to a high standard.
- Ensure that students carry out curriculum tasks set by the teacher and assist students in understanding the nature of these tasks in order to minimise the effect of the teacher’s absence upon the students’ learning.
- Provide feedback to the class teacher(s) on the progress made by students with the curriculum tasks set.
- To keep the learning environment secure and endeavour to leave classrooms as found.
- To act on behalf of the teacher in ensuring the Health and Safety of students in the classroom, and equal and fair access to learning opportunities.
