Hours of Work: 35 hours working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Location: Accrington (Main office is located Manchester M40 1GG, applicants should live in the local area. Access to own vehicle is required due to travel requirements as part of the role. Mileage is paid within our company policy. You will also require business insurance.)
Salary: Starting salary £26,500 Per Annum
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Ideal Person:
- Experience in support, customer-facing or community roles, such as care, education, retail, housing, youth work or family support.
- Able to support people with complex needs using empathy, patience, professional boundaries and a person-centred approach.
- Able to work independently, manage a varied workload, keep accurate records and provide reliable community-based support.
- Experience of supporting vulnerable people, or a good understanding of issues such as homelessness, social exclusion, poor mental health and financial hardship (Desirable, not Essential).
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for work is essential.
What You Will Do:
- Client Guidance and Access to Services: Help clients access key services and practical support, including benefits, health, education, employment and banking.
- Client Integration and Personal Development: Support clients to build confidence, independence, social connections and links with local communities.
- Documentation and Administrative Support: Complete sign-ups, maintain accurate records, support clients with key documents and contribute to service monitoring.
- Regular Support and Welfare Monitoring: Hold regular support sessions, attend key appointments and carry out routine welfare checks.
- Partnership Working and Service Coordination: Work with agencies, landlords and providers to coordinate joined-up support for clients.
- Property Responsibility and Cleaning Duties: Maintain responsibility for property standards, ensuring all cleaning tasks are carried out effectively to uphold a safe and presentable environment.
- Risk Management, Behaviour, and Professional Standards: Carry out risk assessments, maintain confidentiality, manage your workload and work to high professional standards.
- Team Contribution and Organisational Responsibilities: Support colleagues and volunteers, take part in development, promote equality and diversity, and carry out other reasonable duties.
