You will be working across two extremely busy kitchens, whether serving freshly made pizzas, burgers, or loaded fries from our amazing garden bar, or preparing dishes from our brand-new fresh summer menu.   • Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence
  • Support with menu development, stock management and maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen
