We're looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor to join our cohesive team and help deliver the warm, welcoming experience that Young's is known for.

Responsibilities

• Lead busy food and drink service with confidence and energy.
• Support, coach and motivate the front-of-house team.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences that keep people coming back.
• Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Support stock control, cash handling and daily operational procedures.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety and compliance.
• Help drive sales while protecting the warm community atmosphere that makes The Bridge so special.

Qualifications

• Has previous supervisory experience in a busy pub or restaurant.
• Loves working in a quality, food-led environment.
• Is passionate about hospitality and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
• Enjoys developing others and being part of a collaborative team.
• Is flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
