We are looking for a General Manager for The Bridge - a gorgeous pub with rooms in leafy Barnes. This pub comes with its own beer garden, a homely dining space, and bedrooms for overnight guests. The pub is known for its relaxed atmosphere and as the perfect meeting place where families gather over Sunday Roasts and friends meet for light lunch.

We seek a people-focused, guest-centric General Manager with fresh food experience as we look to grow the business in this local favourite.

Running a Pub for Young's: We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual, so we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stamp on our businesses. We are all about freedom within a framework - you decide what goes on the food menu, tailoring your offer to your guests and growing the business in line with your vision. You will decide what events and sales driving to do, what the team uniform is, and look after all your own recruitment and marketing.
