We are looking for a strong and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and work closely alongside an experienced Head Chef in a quality-driven environment. This is a great opportunity for a chef who is passionate about fresh food, eager to develop their skills and looking to progress their career within a supportive and professional kitchen.
What we’re looking for:
- A confident CDP with solid experience in a fresh food kitchen
- Someone organised, reliable, and calm under pressure

The role:
- Running your own section during service
- Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
- Assisting with prep, stock rotation, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
- Helping maintain high food standards and consistency
- Contributing ideas and continuing to develop your skills
As we also have guest rooms on site, the role will include part-time breakfast shifts, so flexibility and confidence working morning service is important.
