We're lookingfor an ambitious Assistant General Manager or Deputy manager to join the management team at ourcommunity pub, the Bridge in Barnes, situated right beside Hammersmith Bridge. With a majorrefurbishment just aroundthe corner, thisis an excitingopportunity to joinus as webegin a newchapter, and we want you to play a key leadership role in making this come to life. Ourvision is simple: to create adestination that combineselevated, seasonal pub foodwith genuine, warmhospitality, all whileremainingat the heartof our localcommunity.
Looking for development? We serve fresh, seasonal food on a changing menuwritten in house and have a couple of rooms for overnight guests - so this is a great opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Manager to broaden their skillset working in a fresh-food, premium pub with rooms. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of key areas of the business who can take on projects as we look to grow the business.
This is an ideal role for someone who:
- Has previous experience as an Assistant or Deputy Manager within hospitality.
- Loves being onthe floor, leadingby example anddeveloping others.
- Is passionate aboutdelivering exceptionalguest experiences.
- Enjoys building lastingrelationships with regularsand becomingpart of thelocal community.
- Is keen to develop themselves and their team.
