Bridge for Young People (BFYP) provides accommodation and vital support to care leavers and young people experiencing homelessness, aged 16-25, across West Berkshire, helping them build brighter futures and transition towards independent living.
\n
\n
We are seeking an inspirational, values-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead the charity through its next stage of growth.
\n
\n
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, drive the charity's long-term vision and ensure the delivery of outstanding services in line with Ofsted's Supported Housing Inspection Framework.
\n
\n
Working closely with the Chair and Board of Trustees, the CEO will ensure strong governance and will champion the needs of vulnerable young people.
\n
\n
