We are seeking a dedicated housekeeper and cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer care at our luxury holiday cottages.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas regularly.
- Handle specialised cleaning tasks including window washing and sofa protection.
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll to ensure facilities are fully equipped.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties to management promptly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and behaviour while interacting with clients or visitors.
Skills
- Previous experience in cleaning is preferred; holiday cottage or hotel experience is a plus.
