Bridge Education is seeking a reliable and proactive School Cleaner to join a well‑maintained school site in Tarleton supporting the day‑to‑day running of the premises.
This is a part‑time, long‑term position, responsible for ensuring the school environment is safe, secure and well‑presented for pupils, staff and visitors.

- School Caretaker Role Requirements
Previous experience in caretaking, facilities, maintenance or a similar role.
- Basic DIY and maintenance skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- Reliable and proactive approach
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Enhanced DBS on the updated service or willingness to apply
- The Successful School Caretaker Will
- Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs across the school site
- Ensure site security, including opening and closing the premises
- Conduct regular health and safety checks
- Maintain cleanliness of internal and external areas
- Liaise with contractors and external providers where required
- Support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school site
