The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 £ per hour.

Primarily responsible for the supervision and operation of the High care areas. Ensuring a safe working environment and satisfying all customer demands.

About You: This role is physical, applicants MUST be prepared to be team players and have a flexible approach to support our ever-growing production department. You must be prepared to adhere to food hygiene standards. To ensure that all members of the team follow company policies and that Health and Safety regulations are being enforced to meet safety compliance. Good time management skills to ensure efficient running of production line to meet planned volume targets. Ensure food safety requirements are fulfilled. To ensure quality of product made meets customer specification and quality standards – with clear attention to detail of requirements. To complete paperwork and any associated administrative tasks related to the production line, including updating records to show what has been completed and notes of any issues. To give clear guidance / instructions to line operators – act as a role model for best practice. Good team member but also the ability to work off own initiative. To maintain the highest possible standards of housekeeping and GMP within the production areas. Play an active part in continuous improvement. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.
