The Role

We're looking for a driven, ambitious Head of Sales to own revenue growth end-to-end. This is a hunter role with leadership responsibility β€” you'll be building pipeline, closing deals, and overseeing the delivery and support team (who report to you, but whose day-to-day operations they own).

What you'll be doing:

  • Running outbound sales β€” both high-volume prospecting and targeted account-based outreach
  • Conducting product demos and leading commercial conversations
  • Negotiating and closing contracts through to signature
  • Owning your revenue targets β€” these will be stretching, and you'll have the infrastructure to hit them
  • Managing and overseeing the support and delivery team, with accountability for performance β€” not for doing the work yourself
  • Feeding intelligence back into product and leadership on what the market is telling you

What you won't be doing: onboarding, customer support, or operational delivery β€” that sits with your team.

What We're Looking For

  • A track record of hitting and exceeding high revenue targets in a SaaS or tech sales environment
  • Direct experience in PropTech or as a practising estate agent β€” this is essential
  • Experience running the full sales cycle: outbound, demo, negotiation, close
  • Confidence leading a small team and holding people accountable
  • Someone who thrives in a lean environment and takes ownership without being managed
