Bridge Models Limited is a talent agency with divisions in London and New York.

We represent models, influencers, and content creators internationally, with a focus on diversifying mainstream media and elevating progressive and exceptional role models.

Our roster is diverse and inclusive by design, and our talent have fronted work for brands including Men's Health, Juicy Couture, REVOLVE, Savage X Fenty, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Nike, and adidas.

We are female founded and deliberately small.

Everyone here has real ownership of their work, ideas get heard the same day you have them, and there is no layer of management between you and the decisions.

That only works if you can run without being managed.

We are looking for someone who takes a brief and goes, who chases the deal without being asked twice, and who would find being checked in on three times a day insulting rather than reassuring.

You will be responsible for finding, signing, and building your own roster.

Scouting the talent, making the approach, closing the signing, and then doing the work to make them commercial.

Your own talent, your own targets, and the room to make your own calls.

We are also at a point of transition.

We are looking hard at what we do well and what we need to do better, and building a plan for the next phase of the business.

The market has changed and it will keep changing.

We want someone who can adapt with it, who thinks past the current quarter, and who wants to help shape where this business goes rather than just work here while it gets there.

Curiosity matters to us.

If you are not reading industry updates, sitting in on webinars, and firing a podcast interview into the team chat because you think we all need to hear it, this will not be the right fit.

The people who do well here are the ones who never stopped learning.

Our ideal candidate has at least two years of experience, either managing their own roster at an agency or working client and agency side sourcing creators for brand campaigns.

You will already understand how a deal comes together and what talent need from the person representing them.

Most of all, we are looking for someone who loves this industry for its challenges and possibilities but has no appetite for the drama that can come with it.

We work hard, we are direct with each other, and we would rather solve a problem than perform one.

If you want to do good work in a friendly, positive, and genuinely supportive team, you will fit here.

  • Key duties and responsibilities
  • Scout, approach, and sign revenue generating talent on a regular basis, filling gaps in our roster and growing the company client base
  • Oversee and support your talent's content and development strategy across all platforms.

Review your talent regularly and implement action points for their progression and career development.

  • Set and own monthly and annual revenue targets for your talent alongside company targets, with a strategy in place to exceed them year on year through steady growth
  • Develop assignment business through digital strategy.

Take enquiries, issue quotes, appoint talent, raise pro forma invoices and booking forms, chase POs, arrange travel, coordinate and manage the assignment, and follow up on client satisfaction and credit control.

  • Complete assignment bookings by securing the business and ensuring talent fulfil the client's requirements for the fees agreed
  • Manage contract negotiations and any additional royalties, with talent and company interests as the priority
  • Identify and create opportunities for your talent to diversify their revenue streams, including publishing, podcasts, commercial work, and broadcasting
  • Create talent profiles and marketing material, including media cards, case studies, and client pitch materials
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and talent so you are best placed to serve your roster, and bring what you learn back to the team
  • Contribute to how we work as a business, identifying what we could be doing better and helping build the strategy for our next phase of growth
  • Attend relevant industry events for networking and new business
  • Support wider promotion of your talent and the company across our marketing channels, working with the team on social, content, email, and digital
  • Handle press enquiries relating to your division and create PR opportunities where possible
  • Take a pragmatic and pre-emptive approach to conflict, resolving issues to a beneficial outcome for the company
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date database, following company processing protocols
  • Complete tasks and hit targets within deadlines, to a high standard

Experience and qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience, either managing your own roster at an agency or working client and agency side sourcing creators for brand campaigns
  • A proven track record of commercial success. Sales focused and target driven.
  • Experience running influencer campaigns end to end
  • Confident negotiating rates and contracts
  • Project management experience, with the ability to run multiple bookings and deadlines at once
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their business and promotional functions
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Networking aptitude and a genuine appetite for building relationships
  • A structured approach to work, with a high level of attention to detail and a professional drive for high quality work
  • A strong personality with the ability to work autonomously and within a team, comfortable making your own calls without being managed closely
  • Adaptable, commercially curious, and committed to continually developing your own knowledge of the industry
  • Performance related commission on talent you personally sign and bill, on top of base salary
  • Real autonomy over your own roster, your own targets, and your own decisions
  • Access and support, where possible, to external training bodies and providers, so you can develop your skills and qualifications, better guide your talent, and grow your own accreditations and reputation in the industry
  • Experience working across global markets, operating between our London and New York divisions
  • The chance to shape a growing business at a genuine turning point, with your input on strategy taken seriously
  • Be part of the change, developing and scouting diverse and inclusive talent
  • Hybrid working available after 6 months in the office. We believe being office based at the start supports onboarding and benefits your training and development.
  • Central London office in the heart of Baker Street and Marylebone

Salary for this role is competitive and dependent on experience, with performance related commission on top.
