Notley High School and Sixth Form, part of Bridge Academy Trust, seeks a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Reading) to cover maternity leave from January 2027. The role focuses on delivering targeted reading interventions across the school and supporting pupils to build reading skills and confidence, with most duties based at Notley High School.

You should hold HLTA status (or equivalent) and have experience with structured reading programmes, able to identify reading gaps and uphold safeguarding.
