About the role: Are you highly organised, detail‑oriented, and passionate about education? We’re looking for a proactive and professional Clerk to the Governors to support our Local Governing Bodies in delivering excellent governance.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert advice on governance, legislation and procedures.
- Prepare agendas and take accurate, timely minutes.
- Maintain statutory records and support effective decision‑making.
- Ensure compliance and confidentiality at every step.
This Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Appointments will be subject to DBS clearance and satisfactory references. If successful, an enhanced DBS check would be sought.
