About the role: We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable technician to support the Science Department.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare, store and dispose of chemicals safely in a laboratory environment.
- Provide relevant equipment, resources and chemicals to support classroom practical lessons.
- Set up apparatus for practical lessons.
- Assist across the science department with a range of duties.
Qualifications and experience:
- Knowledge of Health and Safety and experience handling chemicals in a laboratory setting.
- Ability to work reliably and efficiently with students and staff.
