Notley High School and Sixth Form, part of Bridge Academy Trust, is seeking a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Reading) to cover maternity leave from January 2027.

The role focuses on targeted reading intervention to support pupils and is primarily based at Notley High School.

You will work with the SENDCo and the Assistant Headteacher for Whole School Reading, joining an experienced team committed to inclusive practice and safeguarding, within the school's broader ethos.
