Notley High School & Braintree Sixth Form, part of Bridge Academy Trust, is seeking a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Reading) to cover maternity leave from January 2027.
You will support pupils who need help to develop reading skill and confidence.
You will deliver targeted reading intervention across the school, work with the SENDCo and the Assistant Headteacher for Whole School Reading, and join a welcoming team to support an ethos of Enjoy Enrich Achieve Aspire.
