About the role:
The main responsibilities include maintaining accurate attendance records and working alongside the Attendance Officer to improve attendance levels for pupils in Years 7 to 11, following the school’s attendance procedures. This role acts as a link between the attendance and pastoral teams, involving regular communication with staff, students, and parents.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about school attendance, capable of building strong relationships with pupils and families, and proficient in using IT to provide attendance data to colleagues across the school.
