Company Stephenson (MK) Trust Bridge Academy is part of the Stephenson (MK) Trust, which supports young people at risk of exclusion and those with social, emotional and mental health needs. The Trust offers inclusive education, wellbeing support and professional development.

The Intervention Mentor works across the two‑campus Alternative Provision, building relationships and supporting students aged 5–18 in their academic and personal development.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake educational activities.
  • Attend to the educational, personal and social needs of students.
  • Support learning and development.
  • Ensure student safety.
  • Develop approaches for maintaining students who are in crisis.
Qualifications & Personal Qualities
  • Personal qualities such as integrity, flexibility, resilience and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
  • Experience in education is welcomed but not required.
  • An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service certificate is required before commencement.
  • Qualification certificates and identification documents are required at interview.
