B2EE and the role Bridge 2 Education & Employment is looking for an exceptional senior tutor to join the team and work to support young people who face barriers such as anxiety, SEND or SEMH needs. Our focus is KS4 students who are disengaged from education.
Our senior tutor will lead by example in offering tailored guidance and support, helping pupils to navigate life’s challenges and overcome barriers to accessing education. Through one-on-one sessions with tutors, workshops and personalised strategies, they will strive to empower individuals to bridge the gap between where they are and where they aspire to be. Our mission is to provide essential skills, helping students to achieve their aspirational goals.
The Senior Tutor will thrive in leading our team of tutors, overseeing day-to-day operations, and supporting outreach activities when required. This primarily office-based role is the driving force behind expanding and enhancing opportunities for our pupils.
