A passionate security focused individual, with an honest and empathic approach to customer conversations. You will have experience in a client facing role, with substantial experience within security and be able to deliver complex projects, whilst developing and maintaining client relationships at a senior level. You will have a broad range of expertise across CyberSecurity and be able to articulate and deliver Bridewell propositions to our target markets.

Requirements

At Senior Consultant level, you will deliver complex cyber security engagements for high-profile clients, ranging from targeted risk assessments through to the design and implementation of a full ISMS. You will play a pivotal role in advising and assuring organisations operating across the Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) sector, with a strong focus on Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF) alignment, NCSC guidance, and regulatory compliance. This includes providing senior-level assurance, engaging with stakeholders, and supporting organisations in managing cyber risk within highly regulated environments.

  • Delivery of client engagements to a high-quality, covering NCSC CAF, ISMS development, assisting companies gain ISO27001 certification, and assisting with other areas of governance, risk and compliance as required.
  • Staying on top of the latest developments within Cyber Security by attending training and conferences.
  • Working with the leadership and sales team to respond to tenders and provide pre-sales support.
  • Quality Assurance of other consultants' work as required.
  • Input into the development of Bridewell security methodologies.

You will need to have experience in:

  • Implementing security standards such as ISO27001, NCSC CAF, NIST.
  • Conducting CyberSecurity risk assessments and managing risk management activities.
  • Good general knowledge of IT systems covering traditional infrastructure, cloud platforms and SaaS.
  • Working within an operational security role or security management/leadership position.
  • Working with various technical teams and board members.
  • Conducting CyberSecurity assessments and gap analysis against various frameworks.

Location: Bridewell operates a hybrid and flexible working policy; however you will be required to travel to different sites on occasion.
