Who are we looking for?
A passionate and commercially aware individual with experience delivering complex business transformation programmes.
You will combine leadership, consulting and delivery expertise with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, engage senior stakeholders and drive organisation-wide change.
You will be equally comfortable defining strategic roadmaps, leading large-scale delivery programmes and helping organisations establish sustainable operating models, governance frameworks and services that deliver long-term business value.
What you'll be doing
You'll be working across a variety of clients in a range of industries, whilst also collaborating closely with internal teams across Bridewell.
Your core focus will be leading complex data governance, compliance and business transformation programmes, helping clients improve their governance, risk management and information management capabilities.
You will provide leadership across the full programme lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap development through to delivery, operationalisation, service adoption and benefits realisation.
This role requires the ability to lead large-scale change initiatives involving technology, processes and people.
You will work closely with executive stakeholders to define strategic direction whilst ensuring successful delivery through effective programme governance, stakeholder engagement, communications, organisational change and service development activities.
From developing strategic operating models to overseeing the successful delivery of transformation programmes, you will provide leadership across projects, acting as a trusted advisor, programme lead and subject matter expert.
You will help clients successfully deliver lasting business change whilst ensuring new capabilities become embedded within day-to-day operations.
Specific tasks may include
- Leading complex transformation programmes spanning governance, operating model design, service development, technology implementation and organisational change.
- Defining strategic roadmaps and implementation plans that enable clients to improve governance, compliance, information management and risk management capabilities.
- Managing project delivery activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery milestones, risks, dependencies and customer objectives are effectively managed.
- Developing and implementing target operating models, governance structures and service frameworks that support long-term business outcomes.
- Supporting customers in establishing sustainable services, processes, policies and governance mechanisms required to embed change into business operations.
- Developing and delivering stakeholder engagement, communications, training and awareness activities to support organisation-wide transformation initiatives.
- Providing strategic guidance to senior business, technology and executive stakeholders, ensuring programme outcomes align with organisational objectives.
- Leading workshops with executive, business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, success measures and future-state operating models.
- Managing and mentoring delivery teams across multiple engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and supporting consultant development.
- Supporting the growth of Bridewell's Data Governance, Compliance and Microsoft services through capability development, thought leadership and contribution to go-to-market initiatives.

- Experience defining strategic roadmaps and translating business objectives into measurable business outcomes.
- Experience delivering transformation programmes from strategy and design through to implementation, operationalisation and continuous improvement.
- Experience developing and delivering stakeholder engagement, communications, training and awareness programmes to support organisational change.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior technology, risk, compliance and executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing programme risks, dependencies, budgets, priorities and delivery outcomes across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Experience delivering customer-facing presentations, workshops and recommendations to senior stakeholders and decision makers.
- Experience supporting the development, growth and continuous improvement of consulting or managed service offerings.
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, information management and risk management principles.
- Experience working with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 and Azure, in either a programme leadership, advisory or delivery capacity.
- Ability to lead, and support others in delivering, large-scale transformation programmes, ensuring successful outcomes across governance improvement, service adoption and organisational change.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and customer engagements simultaneously.
- An ability to simplify complex business, regulatory and technical concepts into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A passion for problem-solving, collaborative team working and developing innovative solutions that deliver measurable customer value.
