About the Role
We are seeking apassionatetechnology focused Head of Cloud Engineeringto lead and grow our Cloud Security practice.
This strategic leadership role willbe responsible fordefining the vision, capability, and commercial success of our cloud offering while ensuring the highest standards of delivery for our clients.
The Head of Cloud Engineeringwill drive the adoption cloud and AI security technologies, strengthen strategic partnerships with Microsoft and other leading security vendors, and build a market-leading team of cloud security specialists.
This role combines technical leadership, business development, partner engagement, and client-facing consulting, ensuring thecloud practiceremainsat the forefront of innovation and industry best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the Cloud Security strategy, aligned with wider businessobjectivesand growth plans.
- Shape the future direction of the Cloud practice, identifyingemerging technologies, market trends, and new service opportunities.
- Lead the strategic adoption of AI and cloud security technologies to enhance both customer outcomes and internal capabilities.
- Build andmaintaina roadmap that ensures the organisationremainsat the forefront of cloud security innovation.
- Practice Leadership
- Work with managers across the Cloud practice todevelop a high-performing team of Cloud Security Consultantsand Technical Specialists.
- Give guidance onestablishingclear career pathways, mentoring programmes, and certification plans to support employee growth and retentionacross the Cloud practice.
- Drive a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
