What you’ll be doing

You will work within the Commercial team with the Head of Bids and Sales team and will be responsible for supporting activity that ultimately helps us win business.

Bid Coordination

This role requires the highest levels of attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines. You will need to be able to plan, produce and deliver compliant proposal documents in support of the wider bid team, and in the long term independently for simpler submissions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Supporting the bid teams as required on bids and develop bid understanding and acumen. To include understanding client requirements, bid planning, bid monitoring, contribution to written proposals, etc.
  • Co-ordinate bid production activities for prequalification questionnaires, simple offers, and due diligence responses.
  • Liaising with the wider business to manage our library of information, including:
  • Case studies
  • Standard responses
  • CVs
  • Company information
  • Managing portal communications and the frameworks inbox.
  • Contribution to the development of the bid toolkit, to optimise bid services wherever possible.
  • Looking to introduce efficiencies into the process wherever possible.
  • Sales Support

    Assisting with customers and sales management to ensure that all customer new requirements are dealt with in a timely fashion

    • Responding to customer queries received via email or the Webchat function and managing the BC@bridewell inbox in relation to new enquiries.
    • Salesforce – Setting up projects, milestones, assignments to assist the handover from sales into delivery of new wins.
    • Other ad-hoc projects as required by the Head of Sales, for example support with partnership e-portals.
    • Looking to introduce efficiencies into the process wherever possible.

    • Friendly and a good team player! This role will interact with customers and multiple Bridewell teams.
