As a National Enterprise Venue Sales Consultant, you will drive sustained newâbusiness revenue by owning the full sales cycle across large venue groups and chains within the wedding space. This is a highâimpact, senior individual contributor role where youâll shape national territory strategy, build executiveâlevel relationships, and position Bridebook as the goâto growth partner for multiâsite hospitality and venue organisations.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Territory Sales & Growth
- Own a national portfolio of large venue groups and chains, managing the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
- Consistently achieve newâlogo, MRR and ARPU targets by selling the right solutions to the right customers.
- Build and maintain a highâquality pipeline through strategic prospecting and disciplined followâup.
- Run effective negotiations and close complex multiâlocation deals with pace and confidence.
- Strategic Development & Market Leadership
- Map the national venue group landscape, identifying whitespace and expansion opportunities.
- Analyse performance and market trends to continuously refine deal strategy, pricing and messaging.
- Develop executiveâlevel relationships and create compelling commercial business cases.
- Uncover and drive upsell and crossâsell opportunities across large customer portfolios.
- Consultative Excellence & Client Experience
- Lead structured discovery with senior stakeholders to deeply understand business goals and challenges.
- Deliver a bestâinâclass buying experience across phone, video and inâperson meetings.
- Handle objections with credibility and care while positioning Bridebook as a longâterm strategic partner.
- Ensure smooth handover into Account Management and remain a trusted advisor through onboarding.
- Collaboration & Brand Representation
- Partner closely with SDRs, Account Management, Marketing and Product to maximise pipeline and deal quality.
- Act as a Bridebook ambassador at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Share market insights internally and help shape our evolving goâtoâmarket strategy.
- Mentor peers by raising the bar on discovery, negotiation and forecasting discipline.
Weâre looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience selling to large venue groups, chains or multiâlocation hospitality businesses.
- Brings strong experience in Marketplace, SaaS or similar commercial environments.
- Is a consultative, dataâdriven seller with excellent qualification, forecasting and pipeline management skills.
- Is confident building relationships with senior decisionâmakers and executives.
