At Bridebook, we are digitising the wedding industry! Join us in transforming the wedding planning experience for engaged couples around the world. We are on a mission to digitise the global wedding industry and make planning joyful for every couple. As the UK's #1 wedding planning app, we are making a huge impact in Europe. In Germany, we are already the largest wedding directory with over 35,000 partners. For 61% of German couples, we are the top channel for finding their venue, and over 200,000 couples have used our platform to plan their wedding in the last two years. We have also recently launched in Austria and Switzerland. The global wedding industry is a $500B+ market, yet it still relies on outdated systems. Our platform is changing that, empowering couples with essential tools like budgeting, checklists, and supplier directories.

What will I be doing?

  • Own and grow venue and supplier partnerships to maximise retention, revenue, and partner satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, translating goals into actionable, data-driven plans while driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Focus on enhancing account performance and maintaining complete, up-to-date portfolio content.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • You own partner relationships and performance: manage a portfolio of accounts, build strong relationships, and drive measurable impact.
  • Run regular performance reviews, present insights and recommendations, and align on clear success criteria.
  • Proactively protect revenue by identifying risk early and executing save/renewal plans.
  • Drive expansion and commercial outcomes: generate, qualify and progress upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet KPI targets.
  • Build proposals that map product value to partner goals; negotiate and close within guardrails.
  • Engage stakeholders, decision-makers and influencers to drive alignment and secure outcomes.
  • Operate with data excellence and market insight: keep CRM (HubSpot) immaculate and track, report and forecast account performance.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity in your territories and convert insights into account strategy.
  • Educate, engage and advocate for partners: create and deliver engaging content to increase product understanding and adoption.
  • Collect, condense and share structured feedback with Product, Marketing and Operations.
  • Communicate clearly in the language relevant for your territories to explain product value and drive outcomes.
  • Collaborate to unlock growth: partner with Sales peers and Growth Account Managers to optimise account performance.
  • Coordinate campaigns with Marketing to lift awareness, utilisation and expansion potential.
  • Contribute to playbooks and share best practices that scale results across the team.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Excellent communication skills in the language relevant for your territories; confident presenting to clients.
  • Proven B2B account management or sales experience with a track record against revenue and retention targets.
  • Commercially sharp with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-literate and organised; comfortable interpreting performance data and operating rigorously in CRM (HubSpot).
  • Curious about the wedding industry; turns market and competitor insights into action.
  • Collaborative team player who shares insights and works cross-functionally to deliver results.

What if you are a partial fit? We love hearing from anyone who is enthusiastic about changing the wedding industry and welcome candidates with different backgrounds and experiences! We prioritise grit, positivity, and the willingness to get stuck in, and encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t exactly match this job description.

Benefits:

  • Annual leave: Relax with 30 days annual leave.
  • Learning & Development: Drive your growth with a budget of £500 per year.
  • Sabbatical: After five years of dedicated work, you will enjoy a fully paid four-week sabbatical.
  • Work from home close to home: Two weeks per year you work from a location close to your extended family.
  • Wedding vacation: Enjoy five fully paid days for your wedding.
  • Half Wedding Day: Connect with an additional half day off on your special day.
  • Celebrations: From quarter-end parties to global corporate summits, we know how to celebrate!
