About the role
This role exists to drive efficient, scalable user growth across Bridebook’s web and app products through high-impact performance marketing. You’ll own paid media execution across English-speaking markets, using data, experimentation and commercial judgement to maximise ROI and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- You lead performance marketing execution across web and app for our English-speaking markets.
- You plan, launch, and optimise B2C performance marketing campaigns across paid channels including Google, Meta, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
- You ensure channel strategy, targeting and campaign execution align with business objectives across English-speaking markets.
- You manage campaign delivery end-to-end, balancing acquisition volume, efficiency and quality of traffic.
- You act as the channel specialist for Paid Search, staying at the forefront of this area of the business and supporting colleagues responsible for other markets with their Paid Search efforts.
- You manage paid media budgets and forecasting with rigour.
- You own multi-market paid media budgets, ensuring spend is allocated effectively across channels, markets and campaigns.
- You build accurate forecasts and monitor performance closely to identify risks, opportunities and required budget shifts.
- You maintain strong cost control and make data-led decisions to maximise return on investment.
- You continuously optimise campaign performance and conversion journeys.
- You manage and optimise large Paid Search accounts, improving structure, bidding, keyword strategy and creative performance.
- You test and refine ad creatives, landing pages and supporting content to improve conversion rates and user acquisition efficiency.
- You identify opportunities to improve performance through experimentation, audience insights and channel-specific best practices.
- You turn data into clear insight and action.
- You produce regular reporting on campaign and channel performance, highlighting trends, results and opportunities for improvement.
- You conduct in-depth analysis to understand drivers of performance across markets, platforms and customer journeys.
- You translate complex data into clear recommendations that inform future investment and strategy.
- You influence stakeholders through performance marketing expertise.
- You communicate results, learnings and recommendations to senior stakeholders through clear written updates and presentations.
- You partner with Creative, Product, Content and Data teams to improve campaign effectiveness and landing page performance.
- You contribute paid media insight to broader B2C marketing planning and growth discussions.
