Bridebook is a SaaS and Marketplace scale-up business revolutionising the wedding industry. We are proud to be the UK’s number one wedding planning app and the ONLY global provider! Our mission is to make the wedding planning journey as happy as possible for engaged couples everywhere.
With over 90% of the world’s 7.5bn population expected to get married in their lifetime, the wedding industry is massive. It is 50% larger than the global taxi and food delivery markets combined, yet it sadly lags in digitalisation and lacks solutions for the modern-day needs of both couples and businesses.
Our innovative platform is designed to make wedding planning effortless and stress‑free. From personalised wedding checklists, budget management tools, a vast selection of venues and suppliers, and endless inspiration – couples can access it all at their fingertips. After recently becoming the first app of its kind to launch globally, Bridebook now enables couples to plan destination weddings anywhere in the world. This exciting expansion makes it a truly fantastic time to join us on our journey!
Our team is made up of talented creative, analytical, and tech‑focused minds! We’ve collaborated with some fantastic partners including the Natural History Museum, Hilton, the Ritz, Etsy and Jimmy Choo, and have been featured 12 times on the App Store as well as being rated the number 1 app by Apple. Our investors are well known for supporting some previous successful unicorns such as Airbnb, Pinterest, Skyscanner and Tesla.
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong performance marketer who’s looking to take the next step in their career. While deep Paid Search expertise is the most important requirement, this role offers far more than channel execution. You’ll take full ownership of multi‑market paid media budgets, manage forecasting and investment decisions, and see the direct commercial impact of your work.
If you’re ready to move beyond campaign management into true ownership, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your commercial thinking, build confidence presenting insights to senior stakeholders, and influence growth across the business. It’s an ideal role for someone who wants to sharpen their technical Paid Search skills while accelerating their progression into a more strategic, high‑impact performance marketing position.
Specific responsibilities
- Own performance marketing activity across our English‑speaking markets, managing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and other paid channels.
- Lead Paid Search strategy and optimisation, acting as the channel specialist and supporting colleagues across other markets.
- Manage campaign performance end‑to‑end, balancing growth, efficiency and traffic quality to achieve acquisition targets.
- Own paid media budgets and forecasting, making data‑led investment decisions to maximise ROI.
- Continuously test and optimise campaigns, audiences, creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates and acquisition efficiency.
- Analyse performance across channels and customer journeys, turning data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Produce regular reporting and communicate results, learnings and opportunities to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Creative, Content and Data teams to improve campaign effectiveness and support wider growth initiatives.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Commercially minded and motivated by measurable growth
- Analytical and confident working with performance data to make decisions
- Proactive and highly organised, managing multiple campaigns and markets effectively
- Curious and experimental, always looking for new ways to improve performance
- Clear and credible communicator who can influence stakeholders with insight
- Interested in technology trends – proactive in exploring AI technologies and what they mean for Performance Marketing
- Experience with Paid Search at a deep level (e.g., you have worked with more advanced Google campaigns, such as enhanced conversions, PMax, RLSAs, etc.)
What if you’re a partial fit
We love hearing from anyone who is enthusiastic about changing the wedding industry and welcome candidates with different backgrounds and experiences! We prioritise grit, positivity, and the willingness to get stuck in, and encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t exactly match this job description.
