With over 90% of the world’s 7.5bn population expected to get married in their lifetime, the wedding industry is massive. It is 50% larger than the global taxi and food delivery markets combined, yet it sadly lags in digitalisation and lacks solutions for the modern‑day needs of both couples and businesses.

Our innovative platform is designed to make wedding planning effortless and stress‑free. From personalised wedding checklists, budget management tools, a vast selection of venues and suppliers, and endless inspiration – you can access it all at your fingertips, on your mobile device!

As a National Enterprise Venue Sales Consultant, you will drive sustained new‑business revenue by owning the full sales cycle across large venue groups and chains within the wedding space. This is a high‑impact, senior individual contributor role where you’ll shape national territory strategy, build executive‑level relationships, and position Bridebook as the go‑to growth partner for multi‑site hospitality and venue organisations.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Own a national portfolio of large venue groups and chains, managing the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
  • Consistently achieve new‑logo, MRR and ARPU targets by selling the right solutions to the right customers.
  • Build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline through strategic prospecting and disciplined follow‑up.
  • Run effective negotiations and close complex multi‑location deals with pace and confidence.
  • Map the national venue group landscape, identifying whitespace and expansion opportunities.
  • Analyse performance and market trends to continuously refine deal strategy, pricing and messaging.
  • Develop executive‑level relationships and create compelling commercial business cases.
  • Uncover and drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across large customer portfolios.
  • Lead structured discovery with senior stakeholders to deeply understand business goals and challenges.
  • Deliver a best‑in‑class buying experience across phone, video and in‑person meetings.
  • Handle objections with credibility and care while positioning Bridebook as a long‑term strategic partner.
  • Ensure smooth handover into Account Management and remain a trusted advisor through onboarding.
  • Partner closely with SDRs, Account Management, Marketing and Product to maximise pipeline and deal quality.
  • Act as a Bridebook ambassador at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Share market insights internally and help shape our evolving go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Mentor peers by raising the bar on discovery, negotiation and forecasting discipline.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience selling to large venue groups, chains or multi‑location hospitality businesses.
  • Strong experience in Marketplace, SaaS or similar commercial environments.
  • A consultative, data‑driven seller with excellent qualification, forecasting and pipeline management skills.
  • Confidence in building relationships with senior decision‑makers and executives.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and consistently over‑achieve.
  • Proactivity, resilience, commercial sharpness and high motivation.
  • Embodiment of Bridebook’s values: One Team, Keep Accelerating, Create Joy.

Benefits:

  • 25 days of annual leave, with an extra day every year after three years (up to 30 days).
