Our team is made up of talented creative, analytical, and tech-focused minds! We’ve collaborated with some fantastic partners including the Natural History Museum, Hilton, the Ritz, Etsy and Jimmy Choo, and have been featured 12 times on the App Store as well as been rated the number 1 app by Apple. Our investors are well known for supporting some previous successful unicorns such as Airbnb, Pinterest, Skyscanner and Tesla.
We’re looking for a passionate Onboarding Account Executive to enable new paying partners to realise value from Bridebook fast by running smooth, high-quality onboarding that drives early adoption, activation, and a confident handover to long-term account ownership.
Responsibilities
- Partner onboarding & activation
- You run structured onboarding calls, define success criteria, and roll out the 30/60/90-day onboarding plans.
- You are responsible for guiding profile setup and success of partners listings, configuration to go live quickly.
- You coach partners on core products and usage, targeting time-to-first-value within days.
- Enablement & training
- You deliver account review sessions, tailored to role and market context using data and CRM reports to provide value and ROI.
- You create concise guides, checklists, and Looms that reinforce best practice.
- You track adoption of key features and intervene with targeted nudges when usage drops.
- You coordinate with Sales and Growth Account Managers for a smooth handover. You contribute enablement assets that help Sales set accurate onboarding expectation.
- You maintain accurate CRM notes and data, tasks, and status to ensure clean handovers.
- You uphold onboarding SLAs, proactively communicating risks and recovery plans.
- Insights & continuous improvement
- You analyse activation funnels and performance metrics to spot friction and mitigate to enhance adoption and value.
- You capture partner feedback and propose playbook/process improvements.
- You share onboarding insights to inform commercial messaging and product priorities.
- Commercial alignment & handover
- You confirm commercial terms are reflected in systems and invoices where required
- You prepare a clear AM/CSM handover with goals, risks, and next opportunities
Qualifications
- We’re looking for someone who has: Proven SaaS experience in an account management or client-facing role.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs and an ability to strategically plan for success.
- Experience managing a full onboarding lifecycle, from initial contact through to long-term client success.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Skilled in using CRM systems to track performance and manage accounts.
