Bridebook is a SaaS and Marketplace scale‐up business revolutionising the wedding industry. We are proud to be the UK's number one wedding planning app and the only global provider, making the wedding planning journey as happy as possible for engaged couples everywhere. With over 90% of the world's 7.5 billion population expected to get married in their lifetime, the wedding industry is massive—50% larger than the global taxi and food delivery markets combined, yet still lags in digitalisation. After recently becoming the first app of its kind to launch globally, Bridebook now enables couples to plan destination weddings anywhere in the world.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (B2C) to help us redefine the wedding planning experience. This role is all about our couples, owning and evolving the product across web and mobile to make planning a wedding feel as exciting and seamless as it should be. You will lead a cross‐functional squad, balancing day‐to‐day delivery with long‐term strategy, and turning bold ideas into meaningful product experiences. From shaping the roadmap to driving growth and engagement, your focus will be simple: build a product couples can't imagine planning without.

Responsibilities

  • Vision, strategy & roadmap: Articulate a clear vision for the consumer product experience and translate it into a focused, outcome‐led roadmap. Synthesise market trends, customer insights, and business goals to define priorities and strategic bets. Ensure alignment across stakeholders and communicate the "why" behind decisions.
  • Growth, metrics & experimentation: Lead OKR planning around the consumer funnel (search → favourite → enquiry), defining north stars, input metrics and guardrails. Work closely with the BI team to lead a hypothesis‐led experimentation programme: craft testable hypotheses, design A/B/n and multivariate tests, size samples and power, set success thresholds, and ensure statistical rigour and ethical standards. Establish and maintain product health and funnel metrics; instrument analytics, review performance regularly, and steer decisive follow‐up actions.
  • Execution & cross‐functional delivery: Drive delivery with Product Design, Engineering, B2B Product, Marketing and Operations to land high‐quality releases on a predictable cadence. Set priorities for the squad, make day‐to‐day decisions to support delivery, motivate and inspire them to focus on the right things at the right time.
  • Customer insight & product discovery: Embed qualitative and quantitative learning into decision‐making—from opportunity framing through to post‐launch. Engage directly with couples and venues to understand needs, validate hypotheses and de‐risk solutions early via prototypes, smoke tests and concierge experiments. Advocate for inclusive, accessible experiences that reduce stress and increase joy.
  • People leadership & craft: Model strong product craft, feedback culture and effective ways of working across the squad. Uplevel experimentation, discovery and communication practices across the team. Show strong servant leadership, driving the squad to ensure they deliver on time and to the level of quality expected.

Qualifications

  • A strategic product thinker with strong consumer tech product intuition and growth mindset.
  • Data‐informed and hypothesis‐driven; comfortable with experiment design, statistical concepts and trade‐offs.
  • Ability to create joyful experiences that align with the most up‐to‐date design trends.
  • Empathetic advocate for couples/venues with crisp discovery and storytelling skills.
  • Collaborative leader who builds trust, alignment and momentum across disciplines.
  • Disciplined operator with excellent prioritisation, communication and follow‐through.
