Bridebook is a SaaS and Marketplace scale‑up business revolutionising the wedding industry. We are proud to be the UK’s number one wedding planning app and the only global provider. Our mission is to make the wedding planning journey as happy as possible for engaged couples everywhere.

With over 90% of the world’s population expected to get married in their lifetime, the wedding industry is massive. It is 50% larger than the global taxi and food delivery markets combined, yet it lags in digitalisation and lacks solutions for the modern‑day needs of both couples and businesses.

Our innovative platform is designed to make wedding planning effortless and stress‑free. From personalised wedding checklists, budget management tools, a vast selection of venues and suppliers, and endless inspiration – couples can access it all at their fingertips. After recently becoming the first app of its kind to launch globally, Bridebook now enables couples to plan destination weddings anywhere in the world.

This role exists to drive efficient, scalable user growth across Bridebook’s web and app products through high‑impact performance marketing. You’ll own paid media execution across English‑speaking markets, using data, experimentation and commercial judgement to maximise ROI and support business growth.

You will lead performance marketing execution across web and app for our English speaking markets:

  • Plan, launch, and optimise B2C performance marketing campaigns across paid channels including Google, Meta, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
  • Ensure channel strategy, targeting and campaign execution align with business objectives across English‑speaking markets.
  • Manage campaign delivery end‑to‑end, balancing acquisition volume, efficiency and quality of traffic.
  • Act as the channel specialist for Paid Search, supporting colleagues responsible for other markets with their Paid Search efforts.
  • Manage paid media budgets and forecasting with rigour.
  • Build accurate forecasts and monitor performance closely to identify risks, opportunities and required budget shifts.
  • Continuously optimise campaign performance and conversion journeys.
  • Produce regular reporting on campaign and channel performance, highlighting trends, results and opportunities for improvement.
  • Influence stakeholders through performance marketing expertise.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Commercially minded and motivated by measurable growth.
  • Analytical and confident working with performance data to make decisions.
  • Proactive and highly organised, managing multiple campaigns and markets effectively.
  • Curious and experimental, always looking for new ways to improve performance.
  • Clear and credible communicator who can influence stakeholders with insight.
  • Interested in technology trends – proactive in exploring AI technologies and what they mean for Performance Marketing.
  • Experienced with Paid Search at a deep level.

Benefits include:

  • 25 days of annual leave, with an extra day every year after three years (up to 30 days).
  • Hybrid Working.
  • £500 per year Learning and Development budget.
  • Enhanced Family‑Friendly Policies.
  • Cycle to Work Scheme.
  • One month fully paid Sabbatical Leave after five years.
  • Wedding Leave (5 days paid).
  • Half‑Day Wedding Anniversary Leave.
  • An accessible, beautiful and dog‑friendly office.
  • Yearly BB Summit and quarterly events to celebrate milestones!

Location: London, Hammersmith (working hybrid, minimum 2 days a week).
