At Briddlesford Farm, we produce award-winning milk, cream, butter, cheese and other dairy products from our herd of pedigree Guernsey cows. As one of the Island's leading food producers, we are passionate about quality, sustainability and supporting local farming. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Dairy Production Operative to join our production team.
The Role
This is a varied, hands‑on position within our busy dairy processing facility. Working as part of a small, dedicated team, you will be involved in all aspects of dairy production, helping to ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality and food safety. Your duties may include:
- Milk bottling and cream processing
- Cheese and butter production
- Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch
- Cleaning and sanitising production equipment and work areas
- Quality checks and production records
- Assisting with stock rotation and ingredient handling
- Occasional delivery driving (where appropriate)
Full training will be provided.
Working Hours
This role is available on either a full‑time or part-time basis. Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional early starts and Saturday working as required by the business. Exact hours and working pattern can be discussed at interview.
