The Lead Consultant position will work to execute complex supply chain solutions in a fast-paced work environment under the supervision of a solution architect. This role will routinely engage with project stakeholders and configure WM SCALE as per customer requirement and solution and perform thorough testing. This position will be responsible for leading tasks as well as supervising and mentoring junior staff on these projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 7 to 10 years of technical supply chain systems experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to lead internal activities to stimulate company growth
- Ability and drive to conceptualize, develop, and present new ideas and solutions
- Experience in project management, including project planning, prioritizing objectives, and status reporting
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain concepts with a primary focus on distribution applications
- Hands-on working knowledge and advanced understanding of the following technologies:
- 7+ years of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) – Manhattan WM SCALE
- 4+ years of SQL, Store Procedure, DB Trigger writing experience
- 2+ years of establishing estimates for Manhattan WM SCALE changes
- 2+ years of label designing using Markmagic or other software
- Minimum 2 new implementation/upgrade experience
